Baconfest Chicago takes over the UIC Forum on 4/30 and 5/1, with dozens of Chicago’s finest restaurants serving up unique bacon creations for all attendees to sample.
With Seth Zurer sitting shotgun, we visit Pearl’s Southern Comfort in Edgewater to sample their Baconfest creation, Tasso Bacon Pimento Cheese on a Cracklin’. I couldn’t stop eating them.
